Heather Stout, G.G.
Heather Stout handles appraisals in theĀ following regions for Heritage Appraisers:
Hi, My name is Heather Stout and I have worked in the jewelry industry for 13 years. As a child, I loved jewelry. Real or fake, I thought it was interesting and beautiful. I initially started my profession in 1998 at the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, CA and eventually received my Graduate Jeweler Gemologist diploma in 1999.
After completing my Graduate Jeweler Gemologist degree, I returned to Indianapolis, IN and started my career as a bench jeweler and gemologist at Ryan Creations. A year later, I moved to Louisville, KY where I opened my own successful business, serving merchants with piece repairs and custom pieces.
After several years of service, I took the opportunity to return to Indianapolis where I opened my second successful jewelry business and continued to grow my client base.
In 2004, I moved to San Diego, CA and continued to expand my professional development in jewelry repair, custom jewelry and jewelry appraisals.
Continuing education is an essential component of this field and a personal ideology. Thus, I sought to further specialize my expertise in jewelry appraisal and completed my professional appraisal, ethics, and legal training for American Society of Appraiser through University of California Irvine.
I am very pleased to now be apart of Heritage Appraisers and share my expertise, love of jewelry, and commitment to excellence. I currently service the Denver, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, and Albuquerque, NM areas.
