Values in a liquidation are based on the urgency for the requested liquidation. Depending on the market value when the item was purchased, the liquidation value may or may not provide a monetary gain to the client.
Heritage Appraisers, Inc. professionals do not sell or purchase jewelry items and will offer the client an independent appraisal with unbiased opinions and values.
Ensure Your Value With A Jewelry Liquidation Appraisal
When a client needs to sell their jewelry due to financial hardship, the liquidation values may be much lower than the fair market value. Clients often sell their jewelry items to pawn shops or to the scrap gold market for quick funding. Heritage Appraisers, Inc does not get involved with theses independent decisions by their clients.
In order to remain unbiased and remove any conflict of interest, Heritage Appraisers, Inc. will not engage in the purchase of or aid in the selling of jewelry for liquidation.
Jewelry Liquidation Appraisal Fees and Prices
- Fees for a Liquidation appraisal are the same as for other appraisals.
- Customers will receive their appraisal documents on the day of their appointment. Antique items or items that require additional research will be mailed directly to the client.
- Liquidation appraisal may qualify for reprints. Updates are not available.
