What happens when the appraisal is complete?
When we complete your appraisal, Heritage Appraisers, Inc. will
- Review the appraisal in full detail.
- Explain the cover letter, limiting conditions, and the appraisal document.
- Review the NAJA Certification of Appraisal Practices
- Review The NAJA Client’s Bill of Rights.
If your appraisal is for insurance purposes, we recommend that you have your appraisal updated every three to five years. Heritage Appraisers, Inc. will send you a reminder when it is time for the update. Clients sometimes move or relocate, using the same appraiser to update their original is not always possible. Because Heritage Appraisers, Inc has many national locations, we have a professional Appraiser available to serve your needs.
We currently work with individuals in our offices and also operate in over 50 retail locations from Pennsylvania to New Mexico.
To ensure that your jewelry has the proper value, we recommend that you update your appraisal every three years. We will also notify you by e-mail or post card when it is time for you to have your jewelry appraisal up-dated.
