We provide each customer with a comprehensive appraisal report that includes:

  • Detailed description of the jewelry being appraised
  • Two photographs of the jewelry, where possible to aid in the identification or replacement as well as a full description of all major and minor gemstones and precious metal type and weight.
  • This appraisal report and description of the items components will aid in the identification or replacement of your jewelry in the event of loss, theft, or fire.
  • Full review your appraisal upon completion and answer any questions you may have by one our appraisers experts.
  • Our insurance appraisals are accepted by all insurance companies.

Heritage Appraisers, Inc. offers insurance replacement and update services for a fraction of the appraisal fee.

To ensure that your jewelry is insured with the proper value, we recommend that you update your appraisal every three years. We will also notify you by e-mail or post card when it is time for you to have your jewelry appraisal up-dated.
